The Qath genome compiler
I plan to provide here a free implementation of a compiler for the Qath language that reads, verifies, and processes Qath input files, and produces lower-level output, like SBOL , or list of undividable sequences (genes with their cis-regulatory elements) in FASTA format.
I am writing it in Java and should be possible to run on any platform that supports Java 7.
Plans are to release a beta version in January 2013.
